~grins~ Even when I don't donate I just smile, look them in the eye and say Hi :0) Too do anything else might signify guilt. And we all know how we hate feeling guilty! ~chuckles~ I say we because, we are all brothers and sisters. ~smiles~

I hate the bell ringing. I donate to causes that I want to donate to when I have money to donate. Christmas is a time of need, but it is not the best time to ask for money. They should push during the summer for donations then use them at Christmas.

Ray Kroc is the guy who founded McDonald's, right? I never understood why it was named McDonalds if his name was Kroc.......

Since the Ray Kroc story is shoved down the throat of every wannabe entrepreneur (I'm an Amway survivor, you know that's going to make an article), I'll tell you:

Ray Kroc either invented, produced or sold shake-making machines. One of his clients was this resteraunt owned by the McDonald brothers. Ray bought them out and started on his path of fame and wealth. I dunno if the resteraunt was in its present format (fast, cheap food with a limited menu) or whether that was ol' Ray himself.

I'll bet that's way too much information you were looking for, but I'm a verterible plethora of utterly useless information. Wanna know how many vocal chords a cat has? Or how many dimples are on a regulation golf ball? You see, have such information handy and dropping it from time to time gives one the impression of being smart. Boring, perhaps, but smart.

How many dimples are there? How can anyone object to Santa's sleigh bells are ringing?
